Allocations Reports

There are three Allocations reports available from the Tourplan iS Database Reports menu:

Product Availability Report

This is typically used by operations staff to check that sufficient allocation quantities are available, for example, the next month or 3 months. This is a useful tool when assessing the need for allocation “top-ups”.

Allocations Report

Lists the booking names and room configurations for bookings that are using allocations for a selected range of dates.

Release Allocations Report

Lists both the booking names/room configurations and a summary of the allocation quantities due to be released back to suppliers for a selected range of dates.

Allocations reports are accessed from within the Operational Reports module and by selecting Database from the side bar.
